We are pleased to announce the second annual InitialView Fellowship, a nine-month opportunity in Beijing for one/two US- or Canada-based admission officers.
InitialView Fellows live and work with us in Beijing during the admission cycle, conducting interviews, traveling throughout China and potentially to other countries, and learning all one can about international students and their high schools.
The Fellowship is the only opportunity of its kind for a mid-level admission officer, and is another way that we demonstrate our unequalled commitment to transparency.
Applicants do not need to have Chinese language ability—the primary requirement is a devotion to admissions and one’s prospect for future advancement within the admission world.
