We had the pleasure of teaming up with Georgia Tech this admissions cycle to assist them with interviewing students from China. Perhaps due to Georgia Tech's engineering background, they are always looking for ways to use technology to solve problems. Georgia Tech has been instrumental in providing us with feedback on how to optimize our video platform for admissions, and we are extremely grateful to them for their support. One unexpected (but very encouraging) piece of feedback we received was from the professors. The admission office at Georgia Tech has been experimenting with ways to include professors in their admission process, and they told us that professors loved the ability to view a live, unscripted interview with candidates. Georgia Tech has been at the forefront of trying to evaluate crucial "non-cognitive"--or so-called "soft"--skills in their admission process, and we are glad that we are able to help them with their goal.
